MANUFACTURING :
Following philosophy of processing complete product in house assures best quality. We follow a strict standard of testing product on piece to piece basis, to ensure only the best reaches to customer! Consistent and better QC is peace of mind for customers and channel partners.
Casting : We utilize graded brass for better casting purpose. Raw material is tested by our qualified staff
before each process, ensure good production process.
Machining : The machining of casting is carried out on semi automatic precision machines by our
qualified and experienced employees.
Grinding & Polishing : Grinding and Polishing is done on semi automatic machines to provide mirror
smooth finishing which is essential for perfect surface coating or plating.
Electroplating : Electroplating plant ensure durable and shining ni-cr plating. The ultra modern chemical
coating plant has the advantage of attractive colours with long lasting finish.
Assembling : All faucets are tested on precise vacuum pressure gauge machine and assembling is done
by our experienced employees. After all of that we use colourful packing using best material to avoid any
chance of damage.
